How I CAN help

I work with clients who contact me with a range of issues that in some way require some form of adjustment to change, including:

You may relate to the issues above and already understand what brings you to consider therapy. You have possibly worked on resolving issues yourself, but now feel it would be helpful to connect with someone.

My aim is to be open to what you bring and listen to your experiences. I will engage with you in a way and at a pace that is appropriate for you.

I specialise in supporting people with bereavement and loss. I provide a non-judgemental, confidential space to listen to you as you share specific challenges and discover issues at the heart of what you bring. As well as talking therapy, I can offer a variety of creative approaches to work through feelings indirectly to promote insight, growth and creativity.

You might choose to use movement and sensory methods to engage the mind, body, imagination and emotions. This could include using art materials and drawing to help understand the impact of the past relationships to gain a different perspective on what is bothering you.

Alternatively, practical breathing exercises could be used to help regulate moods and guided relaxation methods to help you manage anxieties.
